6. PREPARATION FOR SUMMER SCHOOL OF THE TRUTH (SSOT) 2020

• The purpose of this fellowship is to prepare for SSOT 2020 at the end of the year. We will be getting into Teachers’ Training book and the SSOT Lessons Outline – The Church.
• Open for High school serving ones in any district, parents and university saints.
• It will be held every second Thursday starting 17/9/2020 for 1 hour, starting at 8 PM on Zoom.

7. NBC AND SSOT WILL BE ONLINE THIS YEAR

• The National Blending Conference and Summer School of Truth will be online this year.
• NBC dates are: 18-22th December 2020

• The book order procedure has been updated.
• From 10 Jul 2020 onwards, HWMR and Ministry of the Word magazine will be packaged in boxes for each respective district to be collected at the hall or from Stream Publication office. This is the same arrangement as pre-COVID19 arrangement.
• Video training materials such as outlines and Ministry of the Word for Jeremiah and Lamentations ordered for video training purposes will be packaged separately in boxes for each district also and to be picked up by the respective district. The Video Training Coordinator and Books Coordinator in each district should coordinate this to ensure that the boxes are booked, and correct order is received. They need to also coordinate to distribute to the saints in their respective district.
• The District Books Coordinator will need to make definite arrangement with Stream Publication directly as to where they would like to collect the books.

• The April-June reduced online subscription for Living stream webcast is completed.
• The subscription is now back to US$9.95 per month.
• We encourage the saints to consider subscribing and thereby having access to LSM Webcast’s vast video collection of conferences and trainings.

5. CAMPUS FELLOWSHIP 2020

• Through the fellowship, prayers and blending together, we look to the Lord to take a further step in our cooperation with Him to gain young people for His recovery from the university campuses and to raise up the next generation in the churches for His testimony.

7. 2020 INTERNATIONAL MEMORIAL DAY CONFERENCE

• Living Stream Ministry has decided to modify the format for the upcoming 2020 International Memorial Day Blending Conference.
• The conference will be hosted completely online.
• All the messages will be streamed in each locality’s time zone, from Friday 22 May 7pm to 25 May 7pm.
• Messages will be streamed in English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Portuguese

B. DISTRIBUTION OF MINISTRY PUBLICATION IN THE MIDST OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC

• CURRENT HWMR (Crystalization Study of Deuteronomy, Vol 2) will be distributed by the district directly to the saints in their respective district. Payment likewise will be collected by the districts. If any district has difficulty in distributing, please contact Stulos Wong regarding distribution.
• For FUTURE HWMR, all standing order will be put on hold until the church is able to resume meeting physically.
  • The saints are encouraged to place future order for the HWMR directly from Stream Publications website. There will be a fee for delivery to the home.
  • If the saints prefer to use electronic version, they could pay for and download a copy from lsm.org website.
• All other standing order of ministry publication will no longer be distributed to the districts as long as the church cannot meet physically. The saints who have standing order of other publication should directly contact Stream Publication regarding delivery or pickup.

OFFERINGS

• As we are not meeting in the district halls during the COVID-19 pandemic so are not able to place offerings in the offering boxes, offerings may be deposited directly into the church bank accounts.
• There are 3 separate accounts, one for general and full time offerings, one for building fund offerings and another for specific purpose offerings
• The church accounts were changed in July last year and the new accounts all have the same account name, Local Church in Sydney Ltd. Please ensure that you check that you are using the correct account number when depositing offerings
• An offering instruction sheet has the details of each account. Deposits can be made via online banking, over the counter or through ATM’s. Please read the instructions carefully how to make the deposits.
• For Specific Purpose deposits an online form will be used to enter the details of the offering for over the counter and ATM deposits as they are not able to indicate the purpose and for online offerings where there are deposits for multiple purposes. A link for the online form will be provided below
• Please use the district code for over the counter and ATM deposits as only numeric details can be entered. The district codes are listed on the offering instruction sheet
